With higher qualification in the fields of Science and Education, Kamal Bhumbla is qualified to practice law. He is also an Advocate of Punjab & Haryana High Court (Member of Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana).

Advocate Kamal Bhumbla was the North Region AAERI (Association of Australian Education Representatives in India) Executive Committee Member from 2000-2004. His contribution to the field of overseas education mandated him to serve as the Treasurer of AAERI from 2002-2004.
